Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all fifty states from Turlock, California. Crockery is heavy and breakable, so here is exactly how it travels and what happens if something does not make it.

When your order leaves us

Orders placed before 2pm pacific on a working day are packed and go out the same day. Anything later goes the next morning, and weekend orders leave on Monday. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

How long it takes

• West coast: two to four working days
• Mountain and central states: three to five working days
• East coast: four to seven working days
• Alaska and Hawaii: seven to twelve working days

These are the carrier's times, not a promise we control.

How it is packed

Every piece has its own moulded card slot, with card dividers between plates. Sets over about eight kilograms are split across two or more boxes, which may arrive a day apart. If one box arrives and the others have not turned up within three working days, tell us and we will chase them.

If something arrives broken

Photograph the broken piece and the box and email us within seven days of delivery. We post a replacement free. You do not need to return the broken piece, and please do not try to post broken crockery, it is a hazard for the carrier.

If a box arrives visibly crushed, it helps to note that with the driver or photograph it before opening, but it is not required for us to replace anything.

Addresses we ship to

Residential and business addresses in all fifty states, including PO boxes for smaller orders. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.

Changing an address

Free if the order has not shipped. Once the label exists the carrier charges a redirection fee and that gets passed on. Tell us as soon as you spot the mistake.
